Hawaij Spice Mix is a traditional Yemeni spice blend, carefully made in Sri Lanka. It is widely used in Yemeni and Arab cuisine to add a rich, aromatic flavour to a variety of dishes.

Hawaij is especially popular for seasoning meat dishes of all kinds, as well as broths and soups.
